Shipping Policy

At Topshelf NC, we aim to provide a seamless and secure shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policies and procedures below:

• Fulfillment Time: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. Once fulfilled, your package will be shipped via USPS.
• Discreet Packaging: We prioritize your privacy. Orders are shipped in either a discreet bubble envelope or box, depending on the size of the items.
• Shipping Inclusions: Each order includes product sample results 

Please note: We are closed and do not ship on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill, industrial hemp cultivation is legal in the U.S. Industrial hemp is defined as cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. All  hemp products are compliant with federal law and legal to ship and possess in all 50 states, except where otherwise restricted.

While we strive to ensure successful deliveries, Topshelf NC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, undelivered, or seized. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier, USPS.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will gladly exchange the product at no additional cost to you. Please contact our support team to initiate the exchange process.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that a 5% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover merchant charges.
• After the 24-hour window, cancellations are not permitted, and the order will be processed as scheduled.
