U.S. Farm Bill
Under Section 7606 of the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill, industrial hemp cultivation is legal in the U.S. Industrial hemp is defined as cannabis containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. All Top shelf NC hemp products are compliant with federal law and legal to ship and possess in all 50 states, except where otherwise restricted.

Shipping Policy
All orders are packed and fulfilled by us. Once your order is received, a shipping label is created and you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information.
We operate Monday–Friday, excluding select holidays. Any delays or schedule changes will be posted in the announcement section of our website.
Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day at the latest and are picked up by UPS. Standard UPS delivery within the continental U.S. generally takes 2–5 business days. Please note that during holidays and high-volume periods, transit times may be extended.
Shipping Compliance & Adult Signature Requirement
We operate under a registered hemp shipping agreement with UPS to ensure all orders are transported in full compliance with federal regulations.
As part of this agreement, all packages are shipped with an Adult Signature Required (21+) service. This means someone 21 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive and sign for the package.
