This hemp is registered with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) and complies with all provisions set forth in the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill, Section 7606, which federally legalized the cultivation of industrial hemp under specific regulatory conditions. Our operations, along with those of our partner farms and suppliers, fully adhere to these federal guidelines.

FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) DISCLOSURE:
The statements made on this site and any distributed materials have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Always consult your licensed physician before beginning any new botanical extract, dietary supplement, or wellness program.

NOTICE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT & REGULATORY AUTHORITIES:
Products found on this website may appear visually similar to marijuana but are, in fact, legally compliant industrial hemp as defined under federal law. Recent federal legislation supports the legality of industrial hemp grown and distributed through state-authorized pilot programs. The definition of industrial hemp is outlined as follows:

“The plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.”

This legal distinction is upheld in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, Section 763 (2016), and reinforced by 7 U.S.C. §5940, which clarifies that only delta-9 THC is relevant for legality—not THC-A. Our flower and concentrates consistently test well below the 0.3% delta-9 THC threshold, and are thus classified as industrial hemp, not marijuana.

Additionally, this legal framework is protected and recognized through constitutional provisions including:

  • The Full Faith and Credit Clause (Article VI, Section 1)

  • The Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Section 2)

  • The Equal Protection Clause (14th Amendment, Section 1)

These protections ensure the legality of our products across state lines and prohibit federal or state interference under the Controlled Substances Act or other conflicting regulations.

WARNING TO CONSUMERS:
If you choose to combust or inhale CBD-rich hemp flower, please do so with caution. While our products meet strict purity standards, inhalation of any smoke may carry health risks. Usage descriptions and traditional practices are drawn from publicly available information and anecdotal reports and are not guaranteed by scientific research or clinical validation.
